Each session is conducted through PowerPoints. Each of our sessions offers the participant an opportunity to understand life situations through the use of discussions, scenarios, handouts, worksheets and hands-on interaction. The sessions are held either individually or in group settings. Educators interact with parents, school stakeholders, and other youth-serving organizations.

Everyone makes decisions daily. It is all about choice. Sometimes a situation or problem arises that can be stressful and you are unable to determine what your next course of action should be. With this process, you will discover how to make sound, healthy decisions, considering all of the possible options, weighing pros and cons and other strategies that will alleviate the stress of "the unknown."
This PATH number is III. The topic is "Self-Awareness III" and the title is "It's All In Me."
Learn new and exciting ways to not only get to know yourself better, but to get to know others better. In this PowerPoint presentation, you will find suggested questions for you to ask others. You will discover the uniqueness of each individual and be able to accept yourself and others without preconcieved ideas, judgements, or criticisms.
Character of the P.A.T.H. - Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum that exposes students to self-awareness to increase self management and responsible decision making. also increases awareness of social cues, to improve relationships and increase empathy toward others. SEL helps manage behavior and maintain independent thinking free from peer pressure.

Counsel of the P.A.T.H. - Educational counseling component for K-12, college and beyond. Provides coaching for current academics & college readiness. Includes a career survey to assist students in future career selection. Teaches students communication, perseverance, tenacity and advocacy skills through our career research project. Improves time management, study skills, and homework planning to better equip students for their ongoing growth into their full potential.

Outcome of the P.A.T.H. - The Power of Choice - A short brief coaching solution that is focused on helping students learn social norms and assists in academic progress. This course emphasizes overcoming challenges by providing consistent solutions one step at a time. Helps increase GPA by showing students how to overcome deficiencies and teaches the power of choice and commitment to oneself.
Parent Cafe - A safe space for parents and caregivers to share the challenges and victories of raising a family. Through individual deep self-reflection and peer-to-peer learning, participants explore their strengths, learn about the Protective Factors, and create strategies to help strengthen their families. The Be Strong Families Parent Cafe Model is structured around qustions related to each of the five Strengthening Families Protective Factors, a nationally recognized, research-based framework for keeping children safe and families strong.
